Hi there . I played at grand eagle casino and for the first time won something off of a birthday bonus. Now they claim they wont pay because I had a free bonus before it. Now they didn't send me notice of this I had to call them to ask what was going on. That's when I was informed they declined the payout. I would understand if I never deposited there but I have since 2009 and this being he first time I won there seems to be tacky on there part. Not sure if you can do anything but thought I would ask if you can.:surprise:

BONUS TERMS & CONDITIONS - GENERAL A player is only permitted to claim one free bonus offer on their casino account, where no deposit is required. This includes free money offers and free spins offers. Should a player claim more than one free bonus offer (in succession without making a purchase at the specific casino in question), any winnings generated from this bonus will be null and void. I'm sorry but since they denied your withdrawal because of this term listed in their T & C's, unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help. I understand it is disappointing and I agree it would have been nice if they had notified you that your request had been declined.

As I read this ruling it says CLAIMED and bonuses that are credited to the account by the operator is not CLAIMED by the player therefore the player in fact did not CLAIM 2 bonuses in a row!

I couldn't agree more with you, but unfortunately the casino doesn't agree. I have seen similar cases like this with the group and they do not budge. They consider claiming it once you push the spin button.I do agree with having such rules because I do believe people shouldn't receive multiple offers without risking their own money. Now if a player has been a member for sometime and has made lots of deposits I have no problem with multiple free chips.

Very well put No Fool, they do indeed consider that you have claimed it once you hit the spin button.
