In regards to the rule no 2 free chips in a row or no cash out allowed, can you make clear a couple things for me please...say you made a deposit and then got free spins after that deposit does that mean that you should make another deposit if you plan on playing in a tournament just in case you would win and have that bonus money to your account? Otherwise you would not be able to cash out on tournament winnings even if you meet play through. Is that correct? Also the same for redeeming loyalty points...a deposit would be needed before redeeming loyalty points for any bonus money play as well or no cash out then either?

I want to say yes, that you need a deposit in between a freebie and winning a tournament or claiming loyalty points in case you do happen to win and can cashout on either of those free bonuses. I read the terms and conditions and they state that the tourney win is a bonus. So if it's a free bonus, shouldn't it fall into the no free chips in a row rule? Regarding the loyalty points, I am not too sure about them whether they would be considered a free bonus. To me yes, but it was our money that earned them, right? Well, you can gain loyalty points by playing free bonuses too. But then again, most tournies we enter cost a loyalty point or two which means it was our money that earned them also. Support would be your best bet unless a member as clearer answers for you, melnzac.

i talked to the casino about this and everything except loyalty points apply to the rule! Just good to know because i sometimes use loyalty points to play tournaments but unless i deposited last it is pointless almost to use them to play in a tournament that even if you win you cant cash out. thanks!
