I don't know about today's "loyalty gift". smh

I was told I had to claim the two 50% match bonuses for today to be eligible to claim the free LOYALAGE offer. But when I try and claim the LOYALAGE code, I get the message that the code is "not valid". Not "you have not met the requirements".
