       Has anyone ever cashed at any grandprive group before..i have seen postings on here and tried to deposit and won $400 and now cashing out

I have,... Grand Bay paid me a month or so ago,.. I won the Max $150 available off of a free bonus ... and I have not deposited with them since many, many, many years ago when they were first a microgaming casino and before they went bad on their affilations.... I got my check via snail mail within ,like,..20 days, i think? SO... WOO-HOO FOR YOU ONE YOUR WIN!

Hi, i would like to preface this by saying I am not screaming when I write in caps it's merely to make my point MORE visible:i am wondering if anyone has played at the other group which includes mandarin, treasure mile, grand eagle, etcI have had one hell of a time TRYING to deposit or even play at this entire group. I regularly make deposits with NO PROBLEM @ Bet on Soft with no issues and they're the same games. I know it's not exactly the same company but I believe they're connected in some way, maybe even if my affiliate usage.at any rate, grand eagle and treasure mile (also I assume the others) have harangued me for documents of some sort to even make a deposit which I found odd b/c I have never played here. i wanted to and still sort of do but then one of the live chat reps told me Negative information was found on you in a third party database I am blown away (and a little creeped out) that they are researching players/potential players. Then I found out on several forums that this group actually does CREDIT CHECKS!!! IS THIS TRUE??? A) I will admit my credit is not the best, but it's not bad either. It's so so. B) I don't understand how it's RELEVANT. EX: I'm not trying to get a loan from the casino! and C) it seems inappropriate and invading others privacy.I would like more info on this if someone could help clarify things. Marilyn, whom i chatted with kept insisting that an email was sent explaining thing or what documents to send (assuming I COULD PLAY)  but I have NEVER RECEIVED ONE nor have I gotten an explanation of the negative info comment about me. After I asked her, she quickly terminated the chat and said 'sorry you will have to read the email' but there is NO EMAIL!!! this could be libel. i want to know what the heck is going on!!!! IS THIS CASINO GROUP ROGUED? I THINK THEY WERE @ SOME PT. BUT IT DOES SEEM PPL. PLAY THERE AND CLAIM THEY HAVE CASHED OUT. DOES ANYONE HAVE MORE INFO ON THIS GROUP OR EVER EXPERIENCE SIMILAR PROBLEMS?DOES ANYONE PLAY THERE OR HAS ANYONE PLAYED THERE AND IF SO ARE THEY SHADY???? SAME GOES FOR BET ON SOFT?  As you said, your not asking for a loan, just to deposit. hahaI play reguarly at Casino Grand Eagle, and  Mandarin Palace and they take my deposits with no problems and I have even cashed out once with no problems.I dont consider them shady, and prefer to play there more than RTG usually. Yet this new information is really something to me, and I am glad Belgamo knew something of it to calm my nerves.I have no idea what could possibly the negative info they found on you, but as usual, they have the final say in things. It bothers me the fact your email never came, although they claim to fo sent it. Have you asked them to resend it? Terminating chat sessions, and claiming to of sent an email that never came is not the way to run a casino.Thank you for your post alissa30.  I learn something new everyday it seems.                                                                                         Pam
