Grande Vegas Withdrawal

I received a 25.00 free chip from Grande Vegas last Friday 12/9. Met the playthrough and was able to cash out the max of 150.00. Was approved and sent out on 12/13 and just received the check today 12/15. nNow why can't they all be that fast.
