Hard choice - need suggestion

I got $25.00 to deposit tonight-My choices are: VipSlots (Vegas Tech) 200% depo bonus, 20 times Playthroughor Winn Palace (RTG) 194% depo bonus, 25 times Playthrough.Which one?
