I'm brand new at online gambling but I love playing blackjack so I went to google and searched online blackjack for real money lol.  I think the first one that popped up was winpalace.  So I then googled winpalace and everywhere I read said they were awesome.  I deposited 25 dollars with the giftcard method they listed and began playing.  Well, I got up to 1000  so I stopped!!  Then I tried to withdrawal and I filled out the faxback form and took some pictures of all my IDs and emailed it all to the proper address.Next day, I played some more and stopped at 2000!!!!  Lot's of fun this Winpalace is.I played some roulette and some war but blackjack is my fav.I see now why I should have filled out the form BEFORE I deposited.  Anyways.  I can't get any response about my faxback form.  If I messed it up I wish they would let me know so I can fix it.  I have been on the live chat 4 times now and they try to help as best they can.  One of them even sent my form for me to make sure they got it.  I emailed the support@winpalace.com about 3 days ago and no reply.Hmm.....so what do I do now?!  I'm up to 3500 and I don't know how to get any of it.  Sorry if this should be in the problems section of the forum but I just wanted to introduce my self, share my success and get some help too.Jason.

forget it dude, your not going to get paid, they will send the 25.00 back to you after 3 weeks of makeing you wait to see if you'll loose the rest.

If the T's and C's were followed, Alpine's withdrawal should be approved and he will get paid all his winnings. In Installments too I would have to say.
