It looks like it has been flawless for all of you who have posted with the exception of palmck AND ME! lolI installed fine, created my account fine and claimed the code fine. I clicked on exit in the cashier (thinking I would go to the lobby) and got logged off. I ended up at the sign in screen again.So, I try to sign in again and get an error that the log in or password incorrect. So I try combos that included changing the CaSe of the letters and still could not get in. I tried the forgot password link, enter my email that I used to register at the casino and even got an email from Lauren welcoming me to the casino and got an error that they could not send the password.By now, I am on the phone with support. They saw I claimed the code, which means the account existed. She went ahead and changed my password (don't know if it was not actually what I had put when I registered), tried to log in again and same error. Their suggestion was to exit the casino for about 10 minutes, reboot and try again. That's what I am doing now and will let you know if I get in. Yes, palmck played the instant version until they got the casino to install. I wish they would have posted what they did to get it installed finally.

I finally got it to download. I researched the error code I was getting and it turned out to be a problem with my msiexec I had to re-register my installer server.

I never had a problem cashing out before...sent in all document did well over wage requirements on slots only...I checked often, and now my withdraw is denied....waiting to hear why!
