I've had good luck with Highnoon. I cashed out on free chip and deposit with them. They processed within a couple of days with MyPaylinQ. Their support seems to be okay too.

I too like High Noon very much.They also seem to be generous with the free chips if you deposit and lose. I always get a $10 chip sent to me after I deposit $25.  (I however do not take a bonus usually)High Noon is a great place to play.                                                                                  Pam

well, I think you have to submit all the needed documents before you can cash out you money.. i think this is normal.
