How can I download casino on a Chromebook?

My laptop took a turn for the worse Not realizing it was a notebook and different, I find I can't download RTG casinos. I apologize if this isn't right p[lace to ask, but I can't play in the tourneys por play all the games unless downloaded. Is there any way to do this?
