How do you make a screenshot?

Can anyone tell me how to make a screenshot and how to post it here. I won $5,000 playing keno at Pamper casino, I hit eight numbers out of eight on $1 bet, and I would like to share it

Thank you PMM2008, but it didn't work, I fallowed Belgamo's instructions but nothing happen, I must be doing something wrong lol; So I just downloaded the easy capture and did it from there. Now I just have to figure it out how to post it in here,

Thanks PMM2008 that was sweet, but I think I got it, I clicked on attache file (s) it went to my documents from there to here, Im not sure if this is okay, but yeah I will be glad to hear if theres a better way to do it ( for the next time hehe ).
