I am so upset at Atlantis Gold!! And need HELP!

On May 26th I withdrew $301.00 from Atlantis Gold casino, I sent in all the paperwork that they wanted. They confirmed that they received everything a couple of days later. My withdrawl stayed pending until the 23rd of June. Then I received an email saying that it had been approved. Although as of today July 25 I have still not received my withdrawl! What can I do? The only answer I get from them is that they will check with their processor! I need help! I am tired of all the run around I am getting!

I received this email today from Atlantis Gold and this is what they had to say!Good day!  In reference to your withdrawal request, our payment provider informed us that recent delays were caused by changes in some due diligence process between corresponding banks. We totally understand the frustration and we're doing all we can to discuss with the processor.Sincerely, Amanda AndersonAccountsThey still do not tell me when I will receive my withdrawl?:no:

And our rep will be out of the office until next week I just found out. She probably will have the same info that you received in that email to pass along to me even if she was in the office. I would reply back to that email asking when they expect to send you your money now because of their processor issue. Ask since there is a problem with your processor, which you seem to be working on, when do you think my payment will be sent now? Something to that affect. Stall tactics, genuine processor issues? I can't say. I have no idea.

Yeah you got that right! I have never had to wait this long for a withdrawl with other online casinos! This was my first withdrawl with Atlantis Gold It is BS!

My first also and last. The only place I have never received my withdrawal ($200) from was casino Fiz (Rival) that casino is full of crooks. The longest I think was a month or little over from cleos.

Why support or their finance dept. are not replying back to you is beyond me but the rep has replied since my morning email to her. She is checking with Operations and needs a bit more time to get back to me because she was out of the office for a few days.

I still have not heard back from Atlantis Gold for 8 days now! Mben have you heard anything? I really appreciate any help you can give me. May 26 was a very long time ago! I cannot see how they can still take your deposits but cannot send out withdrawls?

I don't think that Atlantis Gold is planning on making good on withdrawls anymore! I still have not heard back from them. They last email I received was 10 days ago!! There is something very fishy going on with them! Their phone number is bogus I guess that should tell us all something. I'm so disgusted that they can get away with not paying out honest withdrawls. I didn't even use a coupon!! I don't know what to do about this mess? Mben have you heard anything at all?

The rep replied overnight that she is waiting for Operations still and that she is in constant follow up with them to have this resolved. Rest assured that they'll be handled accordingly. I have suggested to Belgamo (our forum administrator) that we suspend their group for the time being until all payout issues are resolved. I don't feel comfortable at all promoting them if they cannot pay their customers. As soon as I hear more, I will let you know.

Mben Atlantis Gold emailed me yesterday and said that they had tried to send my payment and it did not go through. They wanted my card info again. I don't know if this is just another stall tactic? Because they aready have that info. I sent them what they wanted. And ask them how long I will have to wait now but did not receive a answer back yet. Just thought I would update you.

Here's the latest reply which is probably referring to the card info you re-sent them.As for  pope-c@xxxxxxx Payment details has been forwarded to our processor.   Finance will inform player as soon we receive payment schedule.
