I have a question about Vegas Tech. casino's...Please Help!!

For the past week every time I try to open any vegas tech casino I get an error message.  If I am lucky enough to get in I can't download any games.  Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?

They have banned some states from playing....

I was banned in Illinois at go group is that where your problem is?

Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, Oregon, or Washington..Those states are banned from SLots Galore..

I'm in NJ, when I spoke to customer support they said to install again, but it didn't help

I can't get Slots Galore to load on my computer, but I can on my daughter's. Still haven't figured out why I can't on mine.......grrrr..
