Hi gang:I was just sitting here thinking about online gambling as it used to be.  Now I have not been doing it for as many years as many of you may have, but for the years I have been doing it , it has really changed.I mean why are we here at No Deposit Forum?  Of course we love the family setting, the laughs, the friendships we share with eachother, the things we share such as advice on gaming, and life in general,  but isnt one of the main reasons we come here each day is hoping to find those ever elusive and getting harder to find each day.....free chips? I used to scour the web for chips and could usually always come up with one or two to pass the time each day.  Not anymore. When we do get them, the terms seem ridicoulously impossible to get thru.  So sad.  I remember even three years ago the free chips were plentiful, and the terms were reasonable.  Not just at rogue casinos either.  Good reputation casinos would give chips now and again and reward you for being a player such as on your birthday, Christmas, etc etc.  In my opinion, it was unheard of to be a depositor, and get shafted on your B-day.  Yet I know many of us have as of lately. I've seen some  casinos go from reputable to less than they once were. I've seen casinos shut their doors completely.  I've seen them be sold, and change managment.  Something else. I remember RTG as being a place you could always go to get small free chips in between deposits.  It was awesome.All the casinos are so darn cheap now days.   I know I know, they have employees, bottomlines, affiliates, etc etc to cover so they are struggling too.  (who cares really.) I deposited to a reputable RTG casino just the other day that I had not deposited at in a long time.  A few days later I went to live chat to ask about a small free chip in between deposits. They simply stated.... We do not offer free chips...ever.  It was fun to write this post, and to share some things that I observe since I have started this crazy thing called online gambling.  Things are sure alot tuffer than they used to be as far as free chips go.

 I wonder...will the decline continue? Any thoughts out there?  I am so interested to hear peoples memories and opinions on things and how things have changed. Thanks as always for reading...                                                                                               Pam

A lot of folks I talked to when I last went to a landbased were just discussing this.....Used to be able to go with $100 bucks and it would last and last. Nowadays, that doesn't get you to far. Same goes for online casino's. I still enjoy gambling, but am more frustrated than before.

Morning kitty:Thanks for reading the novel I wrote.....(Spade was teasing me that War and Peace was shorter.)I guess you really summed it up.....Frustration is the perfect word to describe how alot of us are feeling nowdays.  Lack of free chips, tight machines, slow payouts, all adds up to NOT a fun time to alot of us.  I too still enjoy gaming online, but I lack the enthusiasm I once had for it.  So my alternative is to go to the land casino. That takes gas (@ 3.65/gal) and sometimes my money goes just as fast as online.  Yet.........we continue, and the fight goes on to win and enjoy ourselves as we gamble.                                                                                              Pam

wow pam i wouldnt call it a novel you were right on point.I finally deposited at almost all of the club world groups and get nada zilch zero and lets not even look for a free spin from the only mg i can play at villentos (rofl)but as my dear Mben  put it so much is going on right now that the casinos are probaly in a bad boat.I cant help but be sadthough because its even drying up on the freerolls at the vt casinos.We used to get them daily at english harbour and week ends at go group now it is changing slow but steady.The question is do i have sense God gave a rabbit and pull out with them?HECKS NO (hi im cat and im a gambleholic )no really guys and gals i hope it gets better and as always PLEASE FIND THE CASHOUT BUTTON

Hi again Cat:Thank you so much for reading and replying to my post.  From your post, I see that you too are feeling the crunch as the casinos get cheaper and cheaper due to their own costs of running a business, and less and less folks depositing.  Don't they know if there were bigger rewards, better payout times, and a free chips now and again we would likely deposit as we once did?  Just my take on it. I know it wouldnt work for every player out there, but the dedicated ones, by all means. I am still waiting for some Miss you chips from all the places I used to deposit at regularly, and they just dont come.
