ok, so i am going against what i am about to write... Why even bother giving these guys the time of day,  just ignore them and they will eventually creep back into their tiny little holes where their lifes are of no significance to any of us.or create a new topic 'Idots R Us'  where you can move the topics and they can spam each other!

Normally, we delete the spam post and then ban and/or delete the member account. Goodbye, Adios ... don't let the door hit you on your ass on the way out! They're gone and that's pretty much all we see of them. They don't get the time of day from us at all. But I have done this repeatedly with this person posting the same crap over and over for the last 4 - 5 days now. He/she just won't go away!!! The IP addresses come up from the Ukraine yesterday and today ... New Jersey! Same person I have to assume because it is the exact same spam offer. They're using a proxy server or something??? (I'm not the most savyy about hiding behind a proxy) They'll get tired eventually or I will figure something out before then and get rid of them once and for all.

if they have a netgear router they are able to change their ip address. i happen to own 1 myself but i don't use it like that
