Inetbet fax number

I am having problem faxing verification form to Inetbet using number on web site says number no longer in service. Anyone else having prolems?

I have never had a cash out from INETBET so I cannot verify the # for you.INETBET is a tricky casino to get ahold of. Everything is done by email.There is however a CALL ME BACK feature on thier website under the CONTACT US tab.My suggestion is trying that and asking support what a good fax number is for them when they call you back.If this option doesnt work, let us know.Also, try sending a email to support.Let us know if either of these options work for you.                                                                                                     Pam

I got email back from them, I didn't include the US country code, so I'll try that and let you know. Thanks for you help.

Ok, so now that I have the fax number right and was able to do that part. They want me to verify my phone number that is registered with them. My problem is...my phone number has changed, there is nowhere on the site that I can find to update that info. I don't know which phone number they have on file. I have asked them how to verify. I have my current number and 2 other numbers they may have.....this is getting to be a long process. Does anyone know how I can fix this.

Do you have a copy or can you get one of an old phone bill for your old phone number(s)? If so, scan it and scan your new phone bill and then send them both to show you had the old number(s) and now have a new number. I would have a problem getting an old bill myself but maybe you have hard copies that you saved?Without phone support or even chat support, this looks to be a long drawn out process which a lot players face at iNetBet. Granted it saves on their payroll to not offer such said support, but come on ... get with the program iNetBet!

Thanks for the answer, but of course I don't keep any old phone bills. I'll keep you posted on how they handle this dilemma. I've got some winnings I'd like to cash out, so I'm afraid they may make me work for it.

And the story of my phone number dispute goes on. I have sent them every phone number I have had for the past 15yrs,....which is 3. And I'm also trying to get them to update to my current number. I must be very dumb, because I don't know how to confirm my phone number, I have no past bills. Can someone please help, it is ssooo frustrating. There is no way to contact them except though email.

What are they saying about the numbers you have sent them? That they are not the ones on file?

Here's a thought ...........Are there any sites from the past that you may have your name, address and old phone number(s) on file as part of your account that you can still access?If so, open up that page and take a picture of it with your cell phone or digital camera. Then send it off to the casino. I'm really trying here, cbelle. :smile:

I am super suprised that anyone would have problems with inetbet. From all the RTG they are in my experience the fastest with replying to my E-mails and cash-outs. Cash-outs never take longer for me than 12 hours.Anyways... add them as friend on facebook, they even chat with you.... good way to get info or a reply real fast.
