Inetbet refused to pay my winnings but no problem taking deposits

My story is I  won about 3000 dollars at Inetbet but When I went to cash out I am told that my winnings will not be paid claiming I have more than one account. I found out later that my renter who had used my computer and my email to look for job had also opened an account with them. I believe that was not my false and it was unfair that I should get punished for an honest mistake. when I tried to cash out they asked me to fax all documents they did not mention anything about multiple accounts. I faxed all my documents to them and 2 days later they told me they won't pay. I did not commit any fraud or abuse bonus. I was honest and used quicktender to deposit , everything was legitimate. I believe they nitpicked and used loopholes to punish an innocent man for being naive. Also, they don't have live chat or phone so it is incredibly frustrating to deal with them. I think they must be the only one without phone or live chat.

Sorry to hear this CB4915.Unfortunatley there is not alot you can do since it is in the casinos T/C that only 1 account is allowed per person/household/computer.The only way some casinos let more then 1 person use the same computer is if you ask in advance and then both of you send in your docs seperate.inetbet is one of the best casions out there and the only thing you can hope for now is to at least get your deposit back. There is not much wiggle room when it comes to multiple accounts at most casinos.I am sure yours was just a legitimate mistake but the casino does not know this and will not just take your word for it.I would keep on emailing them in hopes to just get your deposit back. This may be a tough lesson to learn but i think alot of us have been there when we first started out gambling online.Good Luck to you.

Oh, this is one of the worst situations to find yourself in, as far as winning while gambling online.

As Tony said, iNetBet is a reputable casino, and unfortunatley, the terms and conditions were not followed when it comes to multiple accounts.  It simply is not allowed to have more than one account per person/household/computer.I dont think inetbet is trying to take advantage of you, I simply know that they are following the terms and conditions that they advertise each day and every day. I am sorry this happened to you, and that your room-mate messed things up for you as far as cashing out.  It is for sure a difficult pill to swallow, but I dont know if there is anything that can be done to try to get you paid by iNetBet.  again, they are following the terms and conditions that they state very clearly.I know it was an honest mistake, and it is so unfortunate that it happened.                                                                                             Pam

There is alot more to this story then meets the eye.He also posted this exact samething over at another forum where the members are not so friendly as here and have called him out on this. Also his story over there is just a tad different as too how exactly this came about. Its pretty easy to see he is trying to get as many people on his side in the hopes someone somewhere can help him out but inetbet knows what is going on with this player and are not gonna pay him.It always seems when a player breaks the rules THEN wins they try and make every excuse in the book to play dumb.Keep up the good work NDF.

I am going t agree, i am seeing this post all over at other places. I believe he INTENTIONALLY tried to defraud the casino.
"

He is leaving out the big part that makes fraud the obvious objective, THAT both accounts were created from the same IP address!

It has now been proven that this guys story was absolute BS.He not only had 2 accounts there he had more and also threatened inetbet CS that he would go to forums and try to bash there name. Its idiots like this that give legit players a bad name and the reason why casinos are so strict when it comes to player fraud and it only trickles down and hurts the good players.People like this guy really pisses me off. Comes here and other places trying to get people to feel bad for him and help him when along hes pulling our leg and trying to get away with something and scam a good casino.

I would have to say that, even if the story were true .... I wouldn't side with him."
DON'T let other people use your email!!!"
It's that simple.

I read these on other forum too. Inetbet is good casino. I cash out many time from them without any problem. The max cash out I did was $2500 within 24 hrs. Very fast. "

I do have more than account but be honest before I make my 1st deposit I write to them to keep only one account & they did it for me. So my 1st deposit & cashout no problem after sending the faxback form."

Have a good day!!
