Ok I guess its my mistake, I made the playthrough and was going to cash out on the INetbet facebook promo, but they won't let me cause I have not deposited there before they said it said that on the page but I didn't read it I guess, doesn't make much sense to me why get a bunch of your friends to post like so they can get the 5 and try it out but can't cash out. Even on new players on no deposit bonuses you can cash out.Anyway live and learn.Brenda

Ok, so I didn't claim this chip because of the you must have deposited within the last three months term. I guess if I posted the T's and C's, I better follow them. lolSo what's this that you're locked out of your account now. That is no way to treat a potential depositor. imo. thank you Pam, i dont like ruffling feathers if I don't have too, I just try to give some advise from what I've read and experienced with all thats been going on, we have to be so careful nowadays. I really like this forum and the people on it.Mben I emailed them the questions, will let you know what I hear. I don't really agree with you. Inetbet is one of the few RTG-casinos that I trust at all. They always pays if you just take the time to read and follow their rules. It's also okey to redeem a few free chips in a raw, as long as you are a depositor.It is always stated in their T&C that you have to have made a deposit in either the last three or the last six month. I don't think that is wrong.People are begging for free chips all over their facebookpage, and what I can see they are actually giving to some old regulars, but not to the ones that hasn't made any or hasn't deposited for a long time.It's the same with their bonuses. They want you to make a bonusfree deposit once in a while. I think that is fair since they have so many bonuses, low wagering and they are cashable.Please look at it from the casinos side too. After all, it is a buisniss.I saw that they where looking for Forums that they could send a Rep to, and that you recommended this forum MBen. I hope someone will come here. It's always best to hear two sides of every story.To close someones account is not what I believe is right, but we don't know why they did it.

Having a rep from InetBet would be a wonderful addition to No Deposit Forum.  I hope someone might stop by too in the near future.You raise some good points Tirileja, and I thank you for the post.  Again, it is always a necessity to KNOW AND UNDERSTAND all the terms and conditions of any casino/bonus before playing.I understand InetBet wanting a deposit from folks before a free chip is given.  Or at least once in a while, to earn the free chips.Brenda wasnt to angry about not being able to cash out on the freebie, as she understood she wasnt aware of needing to deposit.  What I think is wrong, as did Brenda is the fact they deleted her comment, and also locked her account.  This to me is unnecessary.  Freedom of speech, and the ability to give ones opinion should always be allowed. She didnt bash them, she simply stated that folks should know the terms of the free chip they were asking for.  Regardless, they deleted her comment, and locked her out.It looks to me like InetBet doesnt want folks to know the terms, otherwise why would they delete her helpful comment?And to lock her out of her account?  Because she posted for folks to know the terms of the free chip and to be careful? To Me? Is no way to treat a potential depositor.Yes, I would love to see a rep from Inet Bet.  Reps are a valuble link between us and the casinos, and they are to be treated with respect.Okay, I think IM done. Well I never read her post on facebook but I did read Inetbet posting the rules for the free chips several times.They didn't hide anything.We also don't know if it has been sent other mails or so. I never judge either a person or a casino before I really know the trues.Enough done defending the casino. At least I like them

Hey TirilejaI'm glad you posted because I think it's fair for people to give there experiences with casinos also, and I'm glad you have had good ones. I wasn't trying to bash them, I admitted I made themistake because I didn't read the terms and just wanted anyone else that got it to know and mben wanted me to ask how you cash out a little amount when your from the usa, they didn't answerand blocked my account. It didn't bother me just save me money in the long run I guess lolIt's good to get several peoples experiences. This is what I want, Tirileja. to hear why they locked Brenda out of her account. The other side of the story.I love iNetBet (I don't deposit there as much as I do other places though) because I TRUST them. They have their rules and regulations just like all other casinos and we have to abide by them, of course. I'm just a little bit disheartened to hear they would lock a player from their account just like that ... for what? I was locked out of a pit casino a few years ago because I was playing with a multiple free chip and hit a progressive. I tried to get back in later on and I was locked out. At least I know why I was locked out. (and who cares really. LOL)
