Hi...I was able to claim both...but had to have them put it in manually as they were having system issues as of yesterday at RTG Intertops.
Worth a shot to try to have it manually credited.

I actually didn't even have an account at Intertops Classic until last night but I remembered reading they were taking US players again and I wanted this chip so I signed up. The code totally worked (thanks again @PMM) But while I was playing the casino seemed to be misbehaving.

Freezing, disconnecting, etc. At one point it froze just when my bonus round was beginning. I was pleased to see that when I started the casino again and went back to the game the bonus round was still waiting for me.

But it never kept me from reconnecting again. The last time it froze I went to bed.

However, after reading your post I just tried to login, it opens and gives me the login screen, then the screen that asks if I want to play for fun or for real and now it is freezing after I click "play for real".

I also got several script errors while signing up but since they didn't actually prevent me from signing up i just kept telling it to keep running the script and I kept going. I never saw anymore script errors after I created my account though.

Sounds like its a problem on their end. I may try to contact live support from the webpage a little later if it persists.

I was able to claim it at Intertops Classic. I couldn't at their RED casino though.

I claimed it over the weekend when all I had was my cell phone and I'll tell you what ... Intertops Classic needs a mobile version of their casino. I had to install flash player on my phone to play the instant play via my phone's web browser and when the casino launched, I could only see half the game. It was so annoying. I had some "me" time with $$ in my account and couldn't spin it. lol
