Intertops not honoring post card they mailed to me..

Hi, I was wondering if anyone out there might have gotten a postcard in the mail from intertops advertising that for the months of october and november you can get 5% cashback on your winnings or losses and will be given to you at the end of each month. You cannot get more then 200 dollars. I have deposited big amounts in October and now they are saying that promotion was given to me in September and they are not running it now even though I got this post card saying they are. Just wondering if anyone else might have gotten that same promo.Heidi

I will also remember what you said yesterday though keep all there things they send me.. You have made my weekend.
