Intertops Red withdrawal and documents [RESOLVED]

I sent my documents to Intertops Red on 4-9-2018 and I verified my documents were either JPEG or PDF format when I got this response:

My reponses:

Every last one of these files are JPEG and PDF and I am very experienced in sending files and I sent same ones that were easily opened by my intended destination ao there will be zero deposits until you receive my documents.

Since Intertops can not be trusted properly accepting and securing my documents I am requesting refunds on all my deposits. Please send my deposits to my bitcoin address: XXXXXXXXXXXX

I have not received a response since after yet again sending documents and zeroing out my account of over $6000. Intertops has withdrawal block set up where you can not even request a withdrawal without submitting documents so I consider this rogue behavior because blocking the withdrawal option means I never able to cash out. Even worse is that JPEG documents are previewable in emails so I know that it was clearly a flat out lie when the Representative stated she could not view any of my documents and the requested formats were as exactly as Intertops requested because before I sent them I researched that information.

Intertops Red is usually known as a very reputable casino.

I understand you are having trouble getting your documents approved.

Mben is the administrator, and the one who could help you look into this.

Let her read the thread, and she will give you a time frame of when she is able to get ahold of the rep on your behalf. Please allow her additional time as the forum is still going thru a integration and clean up, which has us pulling our hair out.

Understand, we do know this is very important to you and we will do our best to be speedy.

This site and forum is truly the best and I thank you Michelle and Pam for assisting me on getting this resolved. I sent a copy of what I posted on the forum along with my documents again and this is what I received:

I spoke way too soon because my documents were received and absolutely nothing was done. Credit card deposits and withdrawals were blocked still so I just requested to permanently close this very shady site because my emails were unanswered and after 35 minutes in live chat requesting this fix the Rep gave my a solution that was already attempted and I waited again for 20 minutes in live chat with zero answer. Something is not right with them and I have a very weird vibe so I am just going to stop playing altogether. I thank Intertops for making me realize it's not worth it anymore but I'm okay with it. Thanks for your help ladies!
