saw irish luck casino here so i thought i would ck it out. so i downloaded the casino and went to cashier to play. tried to use one of the coupons the had but it denied me. tried another the same thing. went to chat and they said i had to wait an hr because i had already used a coupon at another rival casino. didnt make sense since i play at one, win i lose all my money or cash out. i go to another and do the same. use a coupon, then deposit and play. i have played at more than 5 of them one after another never with this problem and now they are telling me i have to wait an hr to play.here is the conversation. what a jerk.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....i dont even know if i will play there now. what will it be like if i decide to deposit. deny me!!! How frustrating for you.  I'm glad that you found Absolute Slots, though.  Somehow I managed to get myself black-balled from Rival casinos, but Absolute Slots has allowed me to claim every promotion and sends me wonderful bonuses.  I couldn't be happier with them!

I'd like to clarify the reason she wasn't allowed to claim the bonus first. - It was NOT a decision by myself, or any other direct staff of Irish Luck Casino / Igamingprofits. She has not been suspended from promotions or anything like that. From everything I can currently see in the admin, the reason is what the support rep stated. Nevertheless, I think this is a ridiculous reason and have followed this up with the support staff and our client rep at Rival. Rival have a system which automatically classifies players as bonus abusers based on a range of factors. Personally I find it far too aggressive, and have been reversing some of its decisions on a case by case basis. This is an ongoing issue with the Rival platform. I'd like you to know that I'm working on reducing the amount of false positives it generates. The IgamingProfits / IrishLuckCasino position on bonus abuse is that, if we offer them, you won't be penalized for taking them. - Please let me know if you'd like any clarification on that policy. OK, guys. I am so glad that this person read my message and responded. I got a great call today by this person and did not understand why this happened. He was great and apologized a hundred times.I did get two free chips. one for 25.00 and one for 10.00... I have never had such great support or a response so wonderful. I am now a full support of irish casino and will be giving them lots of my money. We agreed on everything and that was refreshing to hear from a rival casino.In this day and age that money is tight on us americans and everywhere else. It is a pleasure to play and lose...lol money to a place that has great customer service when the first one did not work. How many casino management ever personally calls and handles an issue. Second thanks to Belgamo and this forum that my ranting got somewhere. I usually just get to bang my head against the wall and get no where.. as i am at another casino. not rival.So everyone, this is a great place to play and they are willing to learn from there customers and try to keep them happy.I am truly pleased and proud of them...

What the heck is bonus abuse anyway. I have heard that phrase used all the time to deny players their payouts. It seems to me that if a casino dont want their bonus used, they should not offer it. They should not be able to claim bonus abuse however they deside to define it that day. That is the 1st time I have ever heard of a casino refusing a deposit for bonus abuse. The Vegas powered casinos take the deposit and the bonus just aint there!

What n/d promotion? The only one i know of is $30 after you make 3 deposits.

LOL, you had me wondering too!They are one of two Rival casinos that do not offer a free chip to new players,the other is lion slots.
