Hi,I played a free chip at Irish Luck casino, made the playthrough and requested a cashout of $25.They denied my request due to multiple accounts at their casino, which I do not have. So, I went to live chat ( I requested a copy of the transcript but never received it) and they said, Well, you may not have multiple accounts at this casino but, this applies to all Rival casinos.I said, I don't have multiple accounts, am I not allowed one account at each casino? After a couple of minutes and I had to ask again she said, yes you can have an account at each casino but, you have multiple accounts - I can see it- you have violated our terms (she displayed this about 3 times throughout the conversation)I said - I don't have multiple accounts, my husband has accounts at some Rivals and I have an account at others.Then, she said: Well, management decided this and there is nothing I can do about it.Soooooo, I emailed management, 2 days and no reply.NEVER had this problem at any other Rival so, if you can find out - WHAT GIVES ?
