Irish Luck - Has Their Own Rules?

Hi,I played a free chip at Irish Luck casino, made the playthrough and requested a cashout of $25.They denied my request due to multiple accounts at their casino, which I do not have. So, I went to live chat ( I requested a copy of the transcript but never received it) and they said, Well, you may not have multiple accounts at this casino but, this applies to all Rival casinos.I said, I don't have multiple accounts, am I not allowed one account at each casino? After a couple of minutes and I had to ask again she said, yes you can have an account at each casino but, you have multiple accounts - I can see it- you have violated our terms (she displayed this about 3 times throughout the conversation)I said - I don't have multiple accounts, my husband has accounts at some Rivals and I have an account at others.Then, she said: Well, management decided this and there is nothing I can do about it.Soooooo, I emailed management, 2 days and no reply.NEVER had this problem at any other Rival so, if you can find out - WHAT GIVES ? If I'm wrong I'm wrong but, I'd like to know what the rule is and either nobody knows or their not saying.ThanksRobsmom

Hi robsmom, look have the SAME problem with lot of rival, only have one account and they say that I have multiples account. The problem is that you can create one account at rival 1 rival 2 rival 3 and rival 4 (all 4 are different) but work as same casino, the software take that account as multiples account. So that is why i close all my rivals account except sloto and vegas regal ( never had that problem)."

That is such a bummer. I know I have had problems also with the rivals saying multiple accounts. It's their software that detects something. I gave up with managers reviews and just play at Slotocash.

If you are playing from the same computer their system automaticly link the accounts.My doughters boyfriend played with his own accounts from my computer and I was denied $1400 and bonusbanned from most of the Rivals. I don´t mind anymore. I learned to play without the bonus and now I am winning much more

Ask for a rewiev at all Rivals because they will not tell you anything until you try to cash out.
