Issue with deposits at RUSHMORE

Not sure if anyone has been having issue's with deposit's at Rushmore - : This is how this starts out=) Just very UPSET about this:We hope this email finds you well. Now I have $30.88 taken out of my account and nothing in my casino account - REALLY!!! This has happened to me and others. We deposit, the money is taken from the bank account (or card) but it never hits the casino account. What happens is that the bank puts a hold on transactions and then the merchant comes in and requests it and then the bank sends it to them. Normally this is all done within the transaction period, a few seconds. But sometimes, the bank will put a hold and the merchant gets a denied. Since the merchant thinks it's denied, it won't ask for it, then the transaction or dollar amount sits there in a hold state in your bank account (or card) and eventually expires when at that point, it will go back into your bank balance. One of may cards does that to me constantly at a couple of different casinos and software. Every once in a while I will get a transaction to go through. They say they are reviewing the transaction and will get back to me. They never do, the casino never gets that money and I see it back on my card in 4 days. I have other cards I can use but this one card will have money it sometimes and I want to use it to play. I hope this explains it for you Gilfy. And sorry it happened to you. It sucks!
