1. Are they associated with Cleos VIP Room and Virtual Spree? If so, can we have accounts at both? (I don't see why not, but asking anyway.)

2. Is the "casino" downloadable"?

Not all casinos are "pit" casinos. We just don't endorse them, haven't signed up with their aff program, etc. so we put them here.

If any casino is truly a "pit" casino, I'll add "play at your own risk" in the post.

All my docs were approved today. Up to 12 days for payment. Since this was free money and didn't want to pay taxes; I opted for the max to withdraw without any W9. They insisted I send them one, so did. But, it shows in the T&C's one is not needed. Would I deposit here? Absolutely NOT. After doing really well, it all went down, down, down! I was totally surprised how bad every slot was doing.

That is exactly how I always felt about Cleo's. I had a hard time there when I deposited, and the reels were really tuff on me.

I would get frustrated, and finally decided to deposit elsewhere, even though I loved Cleo's games. Just wasn't worth it.

2 ways to get paid: Wire Transfer and Upay. Can't use either Upay: Have to have a utility bill with my name on it. Don't have one! The wire has to go thru 3 banks and they will only do one!

So you are saying that Jesterswin paid you. To your Upay. And you need to get it out of Upay and can't because of the utility bill issue?

Is your bank account in just your name? Hopefully so just because of the "has to be in your name only" issue. And because you don't receive paper statements, can you go to the bank and ask them to print you out your most current statement? I don't know if banks do that. I've never requested it for myself before.

Money is in Upay...We have a joint bank account. But because it has my legal name on the statement, they might accept it. My utility bill states Kathy, not Katherine. Anyway, will see what my bank will sent me out a statement. Hopefully, then that will work.
