Full Tilt Poker is meeting with the Alderney Gambling Control Commission today 9/19/11, in private, to see if whether or not they will have their license reinstated. The AGCC originally had the date of 7/26/11 set for the hearing. Since they were stripped of their license, Full Tilt still owes players from all over the world, including the USA, millions of dollars. Complete payment to Full Tilt's players has been said to be a requirement of the poker site if they want to see their license reinstated. André Wilsenach is the executive director of the AGCC and is not happy that the hearing is going to take place in private. He stated I believe the public has a right to know the reasoning behind the decisions to suspend FTPs licences and call a hearing, and to hear the evidence that will be put forward on my behalf.
