Well then LS support comes back and tells me that after careful review, they see that my account is not eligible for bonuses and that they do not know exactly why.

So I thought to try Liberty again and I got it!

This time I got the message that my email address had to be verified and not that I was not eligible. It's weird to me because I thought to enter tournaments you had to verify your email address.

Anyway, I verified it and got it!

Now I check my email (I say "now" because my grandson has hijacked my PC since he is here for the week. I have been struggling on my laptop and didn't want to have too many windows open so I never opened my email account I wrote our rep from)

The rep did step in and found out that my personal casino accounts were tagged as affiliate accounts. I am not an affiliate for them. Belgamo is.

With the rep's help, my accounts are good to go now!
