As far as telling you that you need to make a deposit first, the same thing was said when they gave out free bonuses for the Slogan Contest. If you are a depositor, then you get free money. Even just a one time depositor. I think that is fair.

Well just like you are saying about the guessing conest and needing to be  the first among however many-The whith slogan contest  they were only giving the $5 chip to EVERYONE WHO ENTERED FOR THE FIRST 3 DAYS - after that in order to get one, you would have to win with one of your slogan entries.Im guessing you entry was not in the three days of the contest because if it was-the chip was credited instantly.I myself had entered but have not depositred yet- but still i got an email within minutes saying i would get my $5 chip as soon as i made my first deposit.
