I usually just dump emails like this in the trash without opening them sometimes especially when they're titled like this Put your loyalty points into action! and I know I don't have any loyalty points there. lol  I am glad I didn't throw this one away.  I'm pretty sure it is player specific but you might want to check your accounts just in case.  <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="570">Hi Michele, That's right - you've got 1000 Points in your loyalty account, which you can redeem now for 10 casino credits!

Hey, y'all!  i received the exact same email.  i checked my acct, -NO 1000 pts.  so i called them on the 1-866-whatever #, and a wonderful agent with the best demeanor put the 10 into my CASH acct instantly.   It was SO worth waiting 5 minutes on hold with that horrible music-noise crap!!    CALL THE #!!  that's my vote!!

Hey orawanccg, that was soooo worth the wait. I got my address updated while they put the $10 in my cash account too! That killed 2 birds with one stone! Question: Do the loyalty points go into the cash account when you claim them? I got the same email and the same nadda in my loyalty account. Send them an email and forwarded their's back Hope I get good news lol
