I had the same problem sashasmom. I went to live support and she said the promotion has already been redeemed by the maximum number of players allowed. I don't see the point in them sending out the email if they're only allowing a set number of players besides, it didn't state anywhere in the email that it was for a certain number of players. Oh well!! Maybe next time. "
