Lucky Club Casino plays dirty rules when it comes to cashing out

I received a free $10 bonus in the mail.  Played through the $600 and now have $125.  Only problem is you can only cash out $50 on this bonus AND (and this is a big AND) I must scan my documents, a scanner I do not have.  What happened to the fax machine?  I am beginning to believe this may be a Rougie (nice name for it).  The endless loop is as follows: Please wait for a site operator to respond. Don't know about the scanner option that sounds like BS, but i can see the check option costing . online casinos are really hurting with processing and banks are charging them pretty good to cut checks. I also sense they want QT or C2P so that they know you could become a depositor. I don't work with this casino so really cant say good or bad, but the scanner issue , really sounds like BS.

i recieved the same letter for $10 by snail mail and i agree the scanner issue is crazy

Isn't Lucky Club a sister casino to Jackpot Capital? I would say it's a good casino.The scannerthing is strange, but why not take a picture of the documents instead and send them in a mail? I usually do that.

I thought that Jackpot Capital and Lucky Club were sister sites. And here's what I found. I hate all casinos that have anything to do with Jackpot Capital. (except All Jackpots aka All Slots USA) I used to like Lucky Club before they became infected in to that group. I didn't realize Jackpot Capital bought them, and made a few deposits there and lost. The next day, my account was locked because of some kind of risk something. I heard it before, they said my account is a high risk. High risk of what? I don't even expect to get paid when I use a no deposit coupon, and barely ever use them because I know if I hit a random jackpot I will go nuts since the max cash out is usually very low. Winpalace told me a while ago that there is never any max cashout ever at their casino. I don't know if the support I spoke to was sure about that. As a matter of fact, it was right after Winpalace/Mayflower Casino had a chat party here and I won a few bucks. If anyone knows if this is true or not, I'd appreciate your help. As for the scanner issue, I guess you could always go to a copy center like Kinkos and use it there if you really have to.

@Mixx  Have you ever had one of the accounts closed at that group? I read somewhere else that if you close one account, they don't let you play in the other casinos in that group. Something about that the reason for closing is that you maybe have problems with gambling. It doesn't have to be true but if it might be the reason the casino believe they have taken some resposibility. I don't know, I think it sounds kinda stupid.The fourth casino in that group is Slotastic.I love them all. Great bonuses, a lot of free chips and fast payout.

well, sometimes this is the main problem on online casino. that's why I encourage you guys to play real casino.. it's more fun and exciting.. plus you may win a lot of friends and they might give you some luck.
