Hi luckyfairy...I forgot to answer your comment about why Lucky Creek and other Bet on Soft casinos are placed in the pit.To answer your question, we simply dont endorse them. We are not saying they are all bad, we simply are not affiliated with them. I'm glad you have had success with them in the past.  I am a depositor as well sometimes. I have read that others have gotten paid as well.  I hope one day to have a cashout to be able to verify that. In my own opinion, and this is just me speaking, I wish their Live chat was just a wee-bit better.  I get some very nice folks on there, but every once in awhile, I get some one who is less than friendly, and I just think it is so important for a casino in business to be friendly to their players.  Just my two cents, not that anyone asked for it.                                                                                              Pam
