Not very happy with Lucky red casino. I was informed by Lucky Red casino that I did not need fax back forms and that they would use the ones I had with my club world casino account. After three days and my withdrawal was not approved I sent an email questioning my withdrawal. I was then informed that I need to send a new utility bill. It took three times to send becuase they claimed it was not attahced. Clearly I could see it was attahced. Finally they recieve it and now I am being told it is going to be another 48 hours to verify. I do not reccomend Lucky red casino. They seem kind of shady to me and they do not want to cash out.
