According to live help you will only be able to use this code if you have not claimed a free chip at the casino before. From what I understood even if you are a depositer but havent claimed anything free you will be able to use it. Good luck!

I tried to redeem this chip and it wouldnt let me. I had just made my first deposit and lost it earlier that same day so I thought since my last transaction was a deposit it would work for me but it didn't. I had used a free chip when I first reg my account.
