lucky red withdrawal / ach

hello, i am dylquesne on luckyred casino and i was told that my $2500 withdrawal was approved and would be sent ach to my bank account.  this was a week ago, but it is not in my bank account.  please help and tell me what is going on.

What you need to do is go to Live Chat and ask them about it. All RTG's have different time periods for withdrawals. I know some of mine can take up to 10 working days to reach the bank!!!!
