This is the same thing that happened to me.Come to find out I already had an account from when I lived at a different address.So how can this casino be new?  Mben.....Help here, whats the scoop?I went to live chat, gave them my details, they gave me my User ID, and password, and away I went.Hope this helps.                                                                                                      Pam

I have the rep looking into this. It looks like if you have an account with their sister casinos, they are setting you up a new account with that info at this new casino. But this is not right/fair in my eyes from the affiliate end. kkessler, you can access the live help from the casino even though you can't log in. Support can help you with your log in credentials.

do you by any chance have a direct download link? when i click on the download button it takes me to the download help page but no download starts. i have tried every download link on their site, spent over 30 min with online support and finally they said just keep trying

I don't have a direct download link, daremeto. It's not available in the backend. This happened to me also at first but I eventually did find a link that worked. It was at the bottom of the download help page. I know you said you tried all the download links but did you try that one? I'm hoping not and it works for you.

yep tried that one and it did not work either. i tried every download link on their website. i emailed support and i just got a reply and they gave me a link to the download help page, clicked on all the download links again with no luck so i sent them another email.

Did you win first place afterall, cat? I hope so!Isn't it cool that these tournies run every 8 hours? I have won $5 three times now. I spin once, rank 15 or whatever and sit there for 8 hours till it's over. lol It's worked so far. I've even gotten a $5 up to $30 once. Then it was gone but it's something that can happen. Meaning, you can turn a measly $5 into more!Not at this casino but another, I got 20 free spins this week. .05 cent, 5 lines, 2 coins = $10. I actually won $65 off of them. Wow! Really? I wonder what's up and I have to say ... with your PC. I know you are tech savvy so you are probably about to pull all of your hair out about now. Just off the top of my head ........1. Did you change download settings so the download actually downloads to a folder without you having to hit save? (not sure if this is possible)2. Did you install a new program recently? Maybe uninstall it and then try this download. 3. Do you get your save as box to come up when you try and download anything else? More after googling ........You might also want to check the permissions set on the folder you were trying to save tooIf the link you've selected does not start a download, and the site is functioning properly then try right-clicking on the link and selecting save-as. Wow, as more and more people are finding out and playing these tourneys, they are getting tuff to win. I was playing today and was doing so well, and then POOF the bottom fell out of my game and no more bonuses.I notice that on these tourneys, the game is doing great, you being to get a nice score, and then the bottom falls out, at least to me.With that being said, I usually dont increase my bet to high even though my score is going up as I am waiting for the game to do it's typical dive.Anyone else?
