Miami Club goes the extra mile

i have been meaning to post this and kept forgetting so thought i better do it since i remembered lol. i requested an $800 withdrawl from Miami Club and the only withdrawl option they have for players from USA is wire transfer. I have not had a bank account for over $20 yrs, and i have a pp cc from netspend. i contacted them and told them i was having money wired to my account and could i get iban number, they said they don't have one and said to use their routing number, which they gave me. well a week or so goes by and nothing in my account and it is not in my casino account. I asked Mben if she could get ahold of their affiliate for me and find out what is going on. she did and they said it was rejected by my bank. Miami club asked me if it was a checking or savings, it is both but i gave them the info for the checking account. i could not understand why it was declined by netspend as i have had wire transfers in the past. my account is actually an advance america pp cc and netspend bought them out about a yr ago and when i had wire transfer go through it was not owned by netspend at the time. anyway Miami Club resubmitted the transfer, a couple weeks go by and again nothing, so Mben looked into it once again for me and found it was declined by netspend again. Miami club asked me if i would accept a western union, i said yes and had it the same day. they did not charge me anything extra for the declined transfers or the western union. they could of credited the money back into my casino account but instead they went the extra mile to get the money to me without any extra fees. i am totally impressed by that. it took a month for me to get my money, but that was not Miami Clubs fault and i will continue to deposit there and would highly recommend anyone to join the casino, you won't regret it, i promise. i will have to figure something out for future withdrawls i suppose. i do not want to open a bank account, actually i am totally against it since i had a bank screw me for $1000 back in 85 and was unable to use my netspend card so if anyone has any suggestions for me that would be awesome.

Nw that is a wonderful revew of Miami CLub Casino. So good to hear that there are casinos out there who go the extra mile, and continue to attend to the players needs, even if there is a problem.I too use PP prepaid card, and I dont think they are available to international wire transfers. Maybe I am wrong.Kudos to Mben as well, for helping find out what the problem was for you. (She is so good at getting ahold of the rep for players)A successful cash out..............FANTASTIC. :roll:Thanks for letting us all know.

Thanks for the kudos, Pam. I just want to be clear so others who have a NS card don't try a cashout with it. daremeto has a pp(prepaid) cc(credit card) from Netspend, not a PayPal card. And daremeto, thanks for the write up. Online casinos get such a bad rap and a lot of negative write ups (which are deserving a lot of times) so thanks for sharing your positive Miami Club experience. :thumb:

Sorry to piggy-back on this older thread, but... "
I'm so glad I found this post from daremeto. I'm waiting for a withdrawal from Miami Club (my first with them) and was nervous that something might go wrong. It hasn't been 10 days yet, though. I just requested the WD on Oct 8th, it was approved on the 10th and I hope to see it any minute. I have a checking acct so all should go well. It's nice to know that Miami Club will go the extra mile when you need it!"
I agree with you, daremeto, about recommending Miami Club. I LOVE playing there. We'll see how it goes with the wire transfer.

Ask them if they can send it to you by Western Union, I know Liberty Slots will, I got paid once with cash at a local Western Union from winnings at Liberty Slots, they charged $35.00 Dollars by I got $500.00 dollars after the 48 hours waiting period, Good Luck

If you end up having a problem, let me know. We all hope you don't though. Hang in there, signman! :thumb:

Why won't all casinos do this? Send winnings by Western Union. No need for a bank account and cash in hand in 48 hours. Nice! -- Edited by Mben on Tuesday 22nd of October 2013 07:15:53 PM

Thanks Mben.  So far I still haven't received it and yesterday live chat said someone would look into it and get back with me but I haven't heard from anybody yet.  My fingers are still crossed but I may end up needing your help.

YAY I got it! It cleared the bank this morning. They took out only the $45 wire transfer fee (I was expecting them to also deduct the bonus $50 as well, but they didn't) and made it in the promised 10 business day period. No glitches, hitches or hang-ups. Go Miami Club!!!!

Great news, signman! :bigclap: Enjoy your winnings! I am waiting on a payment myself from a different casino and because it is a cashout that had issues at the beginning that I needed corrected, they gave me a time line of sorts as to when it would be fixed and when I would even get a tracking number. I have not shown any patience and made yet another call last night asking if they see this late payment as a problem and they said no and as soon as the tracking number showed up, they would send it etc, etc. Well, I got a tracking number this morning. Yay! Support did tell me to be patient. lol I'm not saying you or other players aren't patient . I would say WE are nervous when it comes to getting our winnings. In the back of our minds we know we will get paid but it's that waiting game that's a kill joy. Again, enjoy your winnings!
