microgaming problem:(

everytime i load a new microgaming casino the startup screen runs for about 2 secs and then it stops, nothing, just disappears. it is a new install of vista ultimate i have the lastest vid drivers. does anybody have any idea??

try installing your micros on another user account and see if that doesn't solve the problem

same problem happens i'v also reinstalled the ati drivers (several different versions) but still nothing i managed to get 2 micros installed before the drivers went on and they now work but any new install just crashes

Assuming you have the casinos downloaded and not on CD, why don't you boot into safemode and try the installs that way?"

Also, you would think the casinos have technical support for installs, especially if they want your money. Shoot them an email and see if they can help."

have you tried updating your adobe flashplayer and directXyour ati drivers will only work as good as your directX is functioning.you can test directX by doing this:1. start menu2. run3. type in Dxdiag-- Edited by ohbhave on Saturday 24th of October 2009 02:39:43 PM

ok i got it figured out because i back dated to vista from win 7 the casinos all the casinos still in the microgaming file so all i had to do is uninstall the casino then delete the file for the casino then reinstall and it worked fine."
