Monarchs & Tropicana cashing out

Hi, just a quick questions on these 2 casinos cashing out time frame, I played on a NDB and made the WR on both casinos and have verified my identity already with approval from both of them but it has been almost a month since the verification were done and withdrawal were made and I have sent in many emails to their supports but no reply, does it take several months to make a simple cashout of $150 at these 2 casinos? If so I won't play there for sure

The rep replied overnight that she is waiting for Operations still and that she is in constant follow up with them to have this resolved. Rest assured that they'll be handled accordingly. "
I have suggested to Belgamo (our forum administrator) that we suspend their group for the time being until all payout issues are resolved. I don't feel comfortable at all promoting them if they cannot pay their customers."
As soon as I hear more, I will let you know.

The rep replied that a cashout was heading to the processor soon and I am confirming with her that it is your cashout and which casino. The email was very vague. To vague for me to even guess which player she was talking about. I'll get back to you about it.

Hi just to update you guys on the issue, i just checked my tropicana gold and monarchs accounts and the withdrawal status is now authorized and last update was on 8/13/2014 at 3:44 am and 8/11/2014 at 5:00 am, so next stage is to wait for the status to go from authorized to processed right? Sorry I'm new at this I never made a cashout from these casinos before cuz at verajohn it only takes 3 hours for a cashout to be made and gclub only takes 15 mins, so i'm quite surprised that other casinos take like days to weeks to months to make a withdrawal, it just blows my mind, but i guess i have to bear with it if i want to be on the international level right? Btw I'm from Thailand and my friend recommended this forum to me, I have been following the forum for quite sometimes now, great info and best exclusive offers, I'd contribute more to the community if I get the chance to. Thank you for constantly update on the issue, hope it gets resolved soon, finger crossed ^^b

I suppose if you can cash out at a casino in just 15 minutes versus days and weeks, waiting one day for the winnings would seem like forever. lol And being that you are overseas, you have so many casinos to choose from that USA players can't play at. I sure will, unfortunately the status of the withdrawal in both casinos are still authorized and hasnt change, and i havent heard from either casinos as well, but if theres an update i will be sure to post it asap

Monarchs ripped me off too. They are terrible. Withdrawal request approved and etc back in March! Havent heard from them since July 10. They ignore my emails calls chat sessions.
