Money stolen by planet 7 - [RESOLVED]

I recently deposited on planet 7casino, I received my 200% welcome bonus and funds were added to my account. I’d played through all wagering requirements and withdrew $400. I’ve give them all documents that they requested but then they have said there is a discrepancy in the deposit. After checking my bank it hadn’t came off so I rang my bank and they’ve stated this casino never even tried to take a payment. It looks like to me they entice people to join with there bonus. Pretend the transaction has gone through but will only complete transaction when all funds have been spent. Obviously I won so they’ve not done the transaction and claimed there is a problem with my deposit. Why would they put the funds in my account for any other reason. After reading many forums this site is renowned for not paying. Obviously I’m absolutely gutted!!

Also when trying to discuss this with the online help team they’ve said there is nothing they can do and closed my account

hi it’s Muggy1902, I’m unable to log in anymore as they closed me out of the account during live chat. This has clearly happened to many people and it’s a disgrace. I’m pretty sure I’ll never see that money but I dnot want it happening to others. I’ve got proof they said the deposit was made and went into my funds. This payment was never requested, I spoke to my bank. I no for certain if I’d have lost that original deposit the transaction would’ve gone through. Thanks

So @Muggy1902, we heard back.

According to the casino, as they have told you, they want evidence that the money actually left your bank account.

When I make a deposit at a casino, I can see the transaction as 'pending in my bank account. It can sit there as 'pending' for a couple of days,' Then it becomes 'posted' once the merchant claims it. If the merchant never claims it after a certain amount of days, it gets put back into my bank balance by the bank.

Now even though your screenshot shows the deposit was successful (casino side), that does not mean the money was actually received by the casino then (bank side).

Can you provide the casino something showing them that the transaction was taken from your bank account? As a posted transaction, not a pending one.

If so, send it to them. And let me know that you have, so I can make sure the rep lets their department know you did send it. In case you can't talk to them because of the locked account status.

Mostly all casinos are fair, but i guess not everyone has the same gaming experience & mistakes do happen from time to time.

This is actually a clever way to not have to pay winners - don't process the deposit until after the player loses it all. If they happen to win, let the deposit expire - no deposit means no win = no payout. I'd like to believe that it was an honest mistake, but....

Totally not honorable or ethical - but clever :thumb:
