need help with RTG's

The download versions of RTG's won't open for me.  Can someone give me detailed instructions on what I need to do to get them to work.  I have an HP Pavillion laptop. my email is silverozee@msn.com   Thanx

Hi wildwrozzie:Can you give us anymore detail as to what happens when you try to open them?  Any error messages? What operating system are you running? Have you checked things like firewalls, and your Anti-virus software settings?  Does it completely let you down load and then just not open them? We will get it figured out for you ........                                                                                          Pam

Windows 98 is op. sys.thanx!

Okay Gang:That error page is a new one to me.  Who out there might of gotten this error, and knows what to do to get this fixed?Still working on it wildwrozzie....                                                                         PamAnd this does this on ALL RTG casinos when you try to open them?

I wish I could help but I do feel you. My laptop likes getting other error messages when it comes to RTG casinos (except silver oak for some reason?). *sigh* "
