Yes , the way of depositing into the casino using the last 4 digits of your bank account is "instacashing" , this is no longer available to USA residents .

If you have funds in your neteller account they are safe. To now get money from neteller into your casino account you have to already have funds in your neteller account. Or  you have to EFT funds from your bank into your neteller account. Then when they clear (2-5 days) you can then deposit those funds into a casino. What a bummer! Oh well at least we can still play !!!
