Anyone else having trouble?  Took several tries to download, and login. Then I couldn't claim bonus.  Live chat got the bonus on but I couldnt maintain connection. Chat told me to remove and reinstall, which I did.  Now I can't get connected with casino at all.  Live chat said to contact them when I get on there as the clock was already ticking,  time is about up now.     suggestions?     Nadine
