  No worries Mben......I waited around for awhile and the bonus never showed so I went to live chat totally expecting them to tell me to go fly a kite, that it was a mistake email, etc etc.  but I actually got it, and made it to the second level.Now I just have to come up with $50 bucks to deposit. Lets face it, when it comes to Rivals, we both have several issues.   hahaSimply put, they dont like me very much.  I cant believe that Bet Cave hasnt talked to other Rivals and had me bonus banned yet.                                                                                              Pam
