Here's another example of how awesome Nicolas and Vegas Regal are:I had a problem with my withdrawal last week also- but it really wasn't even their fault- it was more of a mis-understanding on my part.I have always deposited with debit or credit cards at VR and I assumed that if I ever got lucky and won I would be able to withdraw to my QT-since Rivals don't have checks or echecks anymore (even though I knew that, in the past, you needed to deposit with QT to withdraw to it).Well, you still have to make at least one deposit with QT to withdraw to it.Anyways- I started seeing alot of posts about VRC taking a long time to process withdrawals in the forums and it seemed like it was taking them along time with mine- so I started to get pissed and made a negative post about them in another forum and also sent kind of a nasty email to their customer support when they told me that I needed to make a verification deposit with QT.Nicolas saw my post and sent me a P.M. saying to give him my username so he could compensate me. I told him that it wasn't necessary but he INSISTED.He gave me a $200 freebie because of the withdrawal and a $100 freebie for making a useful suggestion in the forum (I was actually dissing them).I started feeling bad about sending the nasty email to support- so I sent them another email to apologize- and they respond by giving me a $50 freebie. HUH?Plus I got the $50 and $5 freebies on Friday (and, of course, probably a hundred various freebies since I signed up with them).And I have only made like 5 pretty small deposits here so far.What other casino that treats it's players as good as Vegas Regal does? None that I have played at- thats for sure.

I did not want for people to take advantage of him either, by me contributing to this thread and putting the wrong idea in people's heads. But I have to now. I have never had a player issue or any cashout issue with Vegas Regal but I did have an affiliate issue that I brought to Nicolas' attention. He showed me the same gracious attitude that he has shown others in this thread. I was compensated with a very nice chip which is something that he did not have to do at all. 2 thumbs up, Nicolas, for being what and who you are! Real!

That is a very good point that you made Mben.I really hope that people don't try to take advantage of Nicolas's kindness or expect to be comped for every little issue that they have with VR because of this thread or my post.I think any player would agree that Vegas Regal has been more than generous to us already.Besides- they seem to have solved whatever problems they were having with withdrawals.

I recently got back into good standerds with them myself and got all my promotions and freebies with them. no fault of theirs but on mine with ewalletxpress. I cleared it up with them and they are the first rival casino to give my privledges back to me. I am so thankful to them that I have made quite a few deposits with them now and wouldn't go anywhere else now. I haven't won anything big yet but in the future I know I will. They are great.....

Yep! I deposit at Slotocash and Spintime as well as VR but neither of those two give the great no deposit chips that Vegas Regal does! One is making a mistake if they don't deposit at Vegas Regal.
