NO BONUSES [RESOLVED]

Hi I am really pissed liberty slots started this shit went to chat to ask why I could no longer receive any bonuses they said they are for people who have trouble winning so I guess that means I win too much would like to see all that money. So I win at Lincoln cash out the next day same thing no more no more bonuses. Then week or so later I win at Miami club I win morning comes and their it is no more bonuses. The only one who did not do this was red stages I guess because I rarely win their....Their answer to questions about this is we reserve the right as in are terms. I deposit a lot over the years and see this as a slap in the face

So all I can do is ask the reps why they do this. I doubt they'll be able to reverse it though.

I have your LS and LC logins. Do you want to give me your MC login?

We know this happens at RTG casinos. I didn't know WGS did it as well.

Hey stallions, I received a reply from the Miami Club team. And although I emailed the Liberty Slots rep again today, I think he's going to have the same answer as Miami Club.

Unfortunately nothing can be done to bring your bonuses back at this point. (I'm not saying that they will ever come back, but I'm not saying they'll never come back either.)

Here's what their team member had to say. (Our rep now has a person designated to handle their casinos' forum issues so that's who this went through.)

"I spoke with the team regarding the player, they said there’s nothing that can be done.

Bonus terms page at Miami Club: https://miamiclubcasino.im/pages/bonus-terms states: 'Note: Accounts may be reviewed at any time. If it is determined that promotional considerations are being used for non-recreational purposes, then the casino reserves the right to revoke account access to any and all bonus offers without warning.'

This is a decision that was taken by the casino management based on a review of the activity on the account."


Because he did look into your account, there was a chance if bonuses were taken away accidentally, they could have corrected it. But that was not the case, and this is how it stands. I know that's not what you wanted to hear and I'm sorry about that.

And I received the Liberty Slots rep's reply today.

"This has always been the case at our brands. Customers can become bonus restricted for a while or permanently for a few reasons.
Permanently, where customers have become bonus abusers. In other cases, where customer accounts have become winning accounts. Also, where bonuses are much more than deposits."
