So I wasn't expecting to have you guys PM me the answer. And I knew if someone posted the answer, people would possibly just say what the last person said. But who knows who's right? I've said before when I enter contests, I look up the answer on my own no matter how many answers are posted, and what looks to be the same and even correct answer. I have to know for myself.
It's up to you if you want to post your entry now or just wait until others have entered.

I'm about to enter. For now, I'll weigh in on the BKO777 initial-entry-gate. Rules are rules, but if BKO is allowed to have a 2nd entry, AND wins, we must refer to Rule 79-A, Addendum 248-g7, paragraph 19, which states that in a case like this, anyone that has a birthday within 5 days of the contest wins 50% of the prize. Understand??
