You will need to play off your deposit + bonus balance and once balance is withdrawable you can use the money to join in tournaments. Customer Service: as per cheking on your account, i see that you do not have any positive balance or positive comp points equivalent to have a positive balance already. It is a requirement to have positive balance to register in our tournament including the free ones. Lori Lauterbach: I enter the free tourneys at cleopatra often & up until a few days ago, I was able to do so at royal sands. I play at several RTG casinos & NEVER had this problem. I've never heard of this policy. I enter many free casinos at many disfferent casinos and at some I do no have balances. Lori Lauterbach: I'm only taking about the FREE tourneys. I do understand that you need a withdrawable balance to enter one that has a fee.
