I found out that it was the amount of space available on my computer. Thanks Tim but I can't get it to install at all. It starts off and then when it's about to go through that heavy, heavy installation, I get an error message that the path to such and such cannot be found and it closes and wants to send Microsoft an error report (No thanks! MS does not need to know what I am doing by me sending them the info first hand. They can continue to see on their own with all their hidden technology they probably have embedded in my browswers! lol)I've deleted the downloaded install file and re-downloaded it so many times hoping it was a corrupt installation file that got downloaded.That didn't help.I eventually went into the installation log files in the Cleo's folder it created and copied files and tried to run them from start, run and i did get something with one of the files. My browser opened and I saw the background splash screen in my browser but the installation didn't start.I will try on my laptop, I guess. Thanks for the heads up on the code though. I will need to get Cleo's installed quick so I don't miss out on this freebie. I missed out on the last 2 now.
