Ok. This was actually the first online casino I played at. I won $2000 (yes got lucky). I chose the ACH payment method. I won this on June 10th. The max payout on an ACH is $1000. I got an email on June 14th saying the first $1000 was approved and on June 20 saying it had been sent via ACH. Amazingly on the next morning, I wake up and there it is, safely in my account. Now for the 2nd half of the winnings. On June 26 I get the approval email for $1000 and on July 4th, I get the email saying it has been sent via ACH. As of right now, July 12th, I have NOT received it. I have written over and over and they at first told me to wait until today. Well today comes and nothing. They said they would forward it all to the cashier department and guaranteed I would receive the money. How can one ACH take less than a day and this second one take, as of now 16 days????? It is very frustrating as I am sure many of you have experienced. If it doesn't arrive over the weekend, I am guessing it still could, I will complain further. If any of you have suggestions, please let me know..Thanks

Have you asked for a tracking number for the ACH? I'm not sure what you can do with it but at least that way, they have to answer you with something other than you are guaranteed to receive your money. "

You are so good about responding. I have not asked for a tracking number. I will do that here in a bit as I can chat with them. I have not called the bank about an ACH. Although if the first one came through, you would think this one would too? And of course my bank is now closed until Monday!Hopefully we will get to the bottom of thisThanks

Oh there is no doubt I am done with them. Yeah that first payment was,literally less than 24 hours after I got a confirmation email. I will not let up. This time I have been told they have sent out ACH, just like first time. Will keep you up to date."

sorry for the delay in posting. After going around with the oddsmaker, I got an email saying there had been an issue with the processor for their ACH's. After they asked me to send them a bank statement for July, they responded with an email saying they had resent the payment and sure enough the next morning, I received the payment. To be honest, they were quite helpful and fast with the payment."
I still don't think I will go back to them. I enjoy Aladdins Gold and Lucky Red too much..."
